Cruising with Tunes warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independantly determined the suitability of such products. The warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and reinstallation of the product. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser of the product only. This warranty does not apply to the product which has been damamged by accident, or which has been misused, altered, or installed improperly. If the product should prove defective within the warranty period, return the product with sales slip, postage prepaid to ( Dave's Bargain Enterprise, 11 Pine Rd, Middleton NH 03887). Your dated sales slip/proof of purchase will establish your warranty eligibility. Cruising with Tunes, at its option will replace or repair the product free of charge and return the product to you postage, prepaid.

In no event shall Cruising with Tunes be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product, or in any way liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages. No express waranties and no implied warranties, whether for fitness or any particular use, or otherwise, except as set forth above (which is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties) shall apply to products sold by Cruising with Tunes. No waiver, alteration, addition or modification of the foregoing conditions shall be valid, unless made in writing and signed by executive officer of Cruising with Tunes/ AKA Dave's Bargain Enterprise.

Manufactures Warranties will be used on Optimc 90 systems or other systems that may offer a manufacturers warranty to replace any defective parts please reigister your product with the manufacturer and follow their return policy, if within 30 days of purchase from Cruising with Tunes contact Dave at davesbargain@yahoo.com with a full description of the problem and directions will be forwarded to you from Cruising with Tunes as to what steps will be taking to correct the problem.
Cancellation Policies: Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

Upon approval of return with the stipulation that you will prepay for shipping charges for replacement parts to be shipped to you after 30 days from purchase I have placed three paypal forms of payment to prepay for shipping when you notify me I will instruct you to select large, medium or small option for shipping
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
Dave's Bargain Enterprise will gladly consider replacing a defective speaker, amp, power cord, etc. But defective product must be returned to Dave's Bargain Enterprise, before a replacement will be sent to you

NOTE: Dave's Bargain Enterprise will not be responsible for specifications of products that are provided to Dave's Bargain Enterprise from it's suppliers. The specifications provided for the products listed on www.cruisingwithtunes.com are the specifications proivided by our suppliers and posted with no intent of false advertisement. If for any reason a customer purchases any product from Dave's Bargain Enterprise / www.cruisingwithtunes.com and disagrees with the specifications, you may return the product purchased within 30 days for a complete refund except for the complete shipping cost to ship the product to you originally!

Alteration of our products to meet your own specifications will void any warranty, or any form of refund that would normaly be considered!

Warranty Policies for Lanzar or Pyle Products after 30 Days from Purchase

All Pyle products are carefully constructed and thoroughly tested before shipment. Products purchased in the USA are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser.
Should the product fail due to factory defect in material or workmanship, your unit will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Pyle.
To obtain warranty service please send in the defective product. You must include the following items:

A copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase
A brief letter indicating the problem you are experiencing
Include in your letter your return address, daytime phone number and R.A. number
Also include a check or money order for $15.00 for return shipping, handling and insurance

When returning a product to us for warranty service, it must be carefully packed and shipped prepaid to:

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit when it is returned to us prepaid. This warranty will be considered void if the unit was tampered with, improperly serviced or subject to misuse, neglect or accidental damage.
